Refund Policy

Repair Play Collect (RPC) aims to provide quality products, services, and customer support. Due to the nature of our services and supporter-based memberships, the following refund policy applies.

All Founding Membership purchases, support contributions, and donations are final and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Repair services may be eligible for repair, replacement, or partial refund where required under Australian Consumer Law if a service is found to be faulty, not provided as described, or unable to be completed.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect customer decisions

• Damage caused after service completion

• Software issues unrelated to the original repair

• Issues caused by third-party repairs or modifications

Accessories and retail products may be eligible for exchange or replacement where faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a repair cannot be completed, RPC may provide a partial or full refund at its discretion depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

For all refund enquiries, customers must contact RPC directly with proof of purchase.
